Asamizu Company is releasing a limited-edition pocket watch to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the “Suica Penguin” and its retirement at the end of fiscal year 2026. The price is 11,000 yen. Pre-orders will be accepted starting at 12:00 PM on June 10 at the TOY TIME JRE Mall store on the official online store.
The watch’s shape and dial are designed to resemble a Suica IC card, and the back features the 25th-anniversary inscription. It comes in a special commemorative box and includes a plate with a serial number. Shipping will begin sequentially around mid-September.
The dial measures approximately 6.8 × 0.8 × 4.6 cm (width × depth × height). The chain is approximately 37.5 cm long. The serial number plate measures approximately 1.5 × 2.8 cm.
