Stock up on Freelen’s “favorite foods” at USJ. Gutsy meat, parfait with a butterfly spoon, and a collaboration meal are just a few of the highlights!

Posted on June 29, 2026 by Editor in Chief

I have just had the chance to try the collaboration meal at the “Funeral Freeloaders: Restaurant of Remembrance” at the Lost World Restaurant in the Jurassic Park area, so let me introduce it to you right away.

The “Funeral Freelance” collaboration is finally opening at USJ on May 30. Of course, we are looking forward to the attractions, but the limited-time food menu is something you cannot miss when you come to the park.

A plate of meat and a magic drink!

The first main dish of note is the “Freelen’s Beef Plate – Red Wine-Scented Demiglace Sauce” (3,500 yen), a hearty dish that looks like Freelen had a blast eating it in the story.

As the name suggests, meat is the star of this dish that will make you want to eat a full meal in preparation for a long journey. The thick, tender beef is covered with a generous amount of red wine-flavored demi-glace sauce, filling your mouth with flavorful happiness. ……

The set includes meat pie, French fries, corn soup, crescent rolls (bread) in the shape of a freeloader’s cane, and even a mimosa salad that looks like a flower garden, making it both visually appealing and well-balanced.

For warriors who want more meat, the “Double Beef” Freelen’s Beef Plate – Red Wine-Scented Demi-Glace Sauce (5,500 yen) is also available. Of course, you can also share it with your friends and family.

Next is “Flower-Scented Free Wren’s White Soda (with Free Wren Coaster)” (1,400 yen). The moment you take a sip of this refreshing soda, you can smell the aroma of flowers and the pale blue jelly at the bottom of the cup. The light blue jelly at the bottom of the cup is just the right amount of sweetness for a hot summer recovery drink.

Not only can you feel like a wizard with the straw that resembles a magic wand, but you will also be too happy to receive a set of “wooden coasters” with a gorgeous design surrounded by flowers such as Sougetsukiso!

The sweet-tooth must-have sweet menu includes Fern’s Cherry & Blueberry Parfait with Butterfly Spoon (2,200 yen) and Stark’s Chocolate & Raspberry Cake (1,000 yen), both featuring the two new party guests.

Fern’s parfait has a purple color with grape jelly and blueberry sauce, a look typical of Fern. The white chocolate decorated on the top, which is reminiscent of a magical orbit, is also a key point. What’s more, it comes with a stainless steel spoon with a mature design featuring a butterfly and mirror lotus flower, so it’s definitely worth getting.

On the other hand, the bittersweet chocolate cake was a dynamic representation of the scene where Stark’s special move “Sen-Ten-Geki” exploded. This one has a powerful appearance like the earth cracking open, but the raspberry sauce trapped inside it tasted very refreshing when eaten with the yellow passion sauce that splattered on the cake.

Other dishes include the Himmel’s Omelette Plate (2,800 yen), the Eisen & Heiter Hamburger Steak and Fish & Chips Plate (2,800 yen), and the Tanoshii Tabi no Hoshokubako Kids Set (1,400 yen).

After enjoying “A Journey to Remember” at the attractions, this is the place to go to grab a bite to eat!
