Shogakukan will release the July issue of “BE-PAL” on June 9. The price is 1,500 yen.
The special supplement is the “BE-PAL 45th Anniversary Mt. Fuji Sherpa Cup.” It has a capacity of 300 mL and features markings at the 100 mL and 200 mL levels, allowing you to measure liquids. Since the 4th station of Mt. Fuji is located at an elevation of approximately 2,020–2,200 meters, the 200mL mark also features an engraving of the 4th station. Additionally, the bottom is engraved with an illustration of Mt. Fuji and the “Mt. Fuji” and “BE-PAL 45th” logos.
Since it’s made of stainless steel, it can be used over an open flame, but the handles get hot, so oven mitts are a must. The handles are foldable, and you can slide the lock to secure them for compact storage. When turned upside down, the curves on the sides resemble the snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji.
