Sanrio’s interactive exhibition lands in Japan for the first time. Immersive room tours of the “dream hotel” and limited-edition goods are also available! Advance tickets go on sale June 5 for “Sanrio characters Exhibition Hotel Floria Tokyo

Sony Creative Products will hold the first “Sanrio characters Exhibition Hotel Floria Tokyo,” an interactive Sanrio exhibition event that has gained popularity in Korea, in Japan.

The venue is Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, 4th floor (1-29-1 Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), and the exhibition will run from July 15 to May 31, 2027. Advance tickets will go on sale on June 5.

The exhibition is based on the theme of “Hotel Floria,” a dream hotel conceived by Sanrio characters, and offers a new “hotel room tour” experience. Just like a real hotel, visitors check in, receive a room key, and step inside to find a chic design and interactive gadgets by d’strict, a creative production company in Seoul, and a photogenic immersive space filled with the “cute” world of Sanrio characters. Characters appearing in the series are Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll, Pom Pom Pudding, Little Twin Stars, Pochacco, Hangyodon, and Kerokero Keroppi.

The hotel will feature a total of 11 themes, from the pink entrance lobby and sparkling garden to the light-filled ballroom and guest rooms decorated with the characters’ favorite items, each of which will be expressed through a “stay at the hotel” to showcase the charm of the hotel.

Limited original goods will also be sold at the event. The lineup includes acrylic charms with room key motifs, hotel sticker sets, and miscellaneous goods to enjoy the feeling of traveling.
