Rakuten Travel will hold “Rakuten Travel Super SALE” from 8:00 p.m. on June 4 to 11:59 p.m. on June 20, 2012, with special deals on travel reservations.
During the period, more than 21,000 “Super SALE Plans” and “Half-Price Plans” will be on sale at hotels and hot spring resorts nationwide. Travel reservations will be discounted up to 30% every day by combining coupons and SALE plans.
In addition, hotels affiliated with domestic theme parks and chain hotels (37 companies) offer up to 33% off, and up to 35% off for first-time app reservations. The app is available for hotels affiliated with Tokyo Disney Resort, Universal Studios Japan (USJ), and Jungleia Okinawa, as well as Oedo Onsen Monogatari, APA Hotels, Dormy Inn, Route Inn Hotels, Cato Pleasure Group, Mitsui Garden Hotels, and others.
In addition, there are coupons for up to 30,000 yen off for Raku Pack (transportation + lodging), up to 45% off coupons for car rental reservations, and up to 30% off plans for fun and experience reservations.
The company is also running a campaign offering Rakuten points equivalent to the full amount of the trip for advance entry and travel reservations (up to a maximum of 50,000 points).
For overseas hotels, points +15% will be returned upon entry to the campaign, and up to 50,000 yen discount coupons will be distributed for overseas tours (airfare + accommodations).
In addition, the monthly “Days with 5 and 0” campaign has been extended from the usual 48 hours to 72 consecutive hours.
An advance sale limited to eligible users (Bonus Level 1 or higher* or Rakuten Mobile subscribers) is also being held until 7:59 p.m. on June 4.
