Miyazaki City and Miyazaki Kotsu will operate a direct shuttle bus between Miyazaki Airport and Aoshima from July 1 to September 30.
This is a demonstration experiment aimed at improving access to the Qingdao area, one of the city’s most popular tourist destinations. The new service will allow passengers to arrive at Qingdao in approximately 20 minutes from the airport, enhancing convenience for sightseeing and leisure activities. There are nine daily flights from the airport and eight daily flights from Qingdao. One-way fares are 700 yen for adults and 350 yen for elementary school students and younger.
Payment can be made in cash or with a transportation system IC card, and various discount tickets such as 1-day unlimited ride ticket, Holiday Pass Miyazaki, Weekday Hirupasu, Smart 65, Keiro Buska, and VISIT MIYAZAKI BUS PASS can also be used to board the bus.
Stops are: Miyazaki Bougainvillea Airport Bus Stop #2 – ANA Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki – Aoshima.
