PIA Live Creative and Nikkan Sports Holdings announced that the “Great East Japan Earthquake and Kyushu Disaster Recovery Charity 2026 Jingu Gaien Fireworks Display” will be held on August 8.
The spectator venues are Jingu Stadium (3-1 Kasumigaoka-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) and Prince Chichibu Rugby Stadium (2-8-35 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo), and the launch time is from 19:30 to 20:30. In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the following 9th.
This is the only urban fireworks display with concerts held within the Yamanote Line in Tokyo. Last year, artists such as Yoko Oginome, wacci, and LIL LEAGU appeared, and the fireworks collaboration with Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s “Shadow of Summer” was also well received.
Various artists are scheduled to perform at this year’s event, the 45th of its kind. The number of fireworks to be launched will be 10,000. Detailed information on performers and ticket prices will be announced at a later date.
