Toyoko Inn will begin taking reservations for the Toyoko INN Gifu (7-7-7 Kandamachi, Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture) on May 28. The opening date is July 31, and with this opening, Toyoko Inn will open a branch in all prefectural capitals in Japan.
Located a 3-minute walk from Meitetsu Gifu Station, the hotel has 207 guest rooms (maximum capacity of 374). The rooms conform to the company’s latest specifications, including downlights, new headboards, and hanging cupboards. 94 single rooms, 39 wide-space single rooms, 37 twin rooms, and 8 other types of rooms will be available.
There are 18 multi-level parking spaces and 2 flat parking spaces (one for handicapped persons) with a fee of 1,200 yen per night (reservation required).
The free buffet breakfast will include local dishes such as kei-chan (chicken), hoba miso (bean paste), and curry made with lotus root, a specialty of Hashima City.
