Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, and the Itabashi Ward Tourist Association announced that the 67th Itabashi Fireworks Festival will be held on August 1. The venue is the Arakawa riverbed in Itabashi Ward, and the time is from 19:00 to 20:30. In case of stormy weather, the event will be cancelled (without postponement).
Tickets for paid seats will be sold in advance in the ward from June 6 at 10:00 a.m., and will go on sale nationwide simultaneously at 10:00 a.m. on June 13. In addition to a total of 11 types of reserved seats, a new 2,000 yen “paid unreserved seat” (bring a rug in the space for one person) will be introduced this year.
Other prices for reserved seats include 32,000 yen for round-table seats in the athletic field (seats for four), 5,500 yen for chair seats in the athletic field (seats for one), 18,000 yen for box seats in the stands (seats for four), and 48,000 yen for the most expensive group prime seats (seats for eight).
Tickets are limited to one seat type per purchase (one set or a maximum of eight tickets) and will be sold out as soon as they are sold out.
The sales will be available at the special counter on the 1st floor of the main ward office building (June 6-7), the Itabashi Tourist Association counter (weekdays only), Seven-Eleven multi-copy machines, the official website of the Itabashi Fireworks Festival, and Ticket PIA. However, paid unreserved seats will not be sold at the ticket counter.
