Sanrio Puroland (1-31 Ochiai, Tama City, Tokyo) will revise the price of passport tickets (admission tickets) for entry on August 1.

Both the old and the new will adopt a variable pricing system (dynamic pricing). Currently, there are seven levels of Day Passport ticket prices, ranging from 3900 yen to 5900 yen for adults and 2800 yen to 4800 yen for high school students and younger and seniors. Adults 6300 yen/6600 yen (high school students and younger and seniors 3900 yen/4100 yen/4300 yen)

The Afternoon Passport, which allows admission from 2:00 p.m., will also be changed from 7 to 10 price tiers, with new price tiers of 4,200 yen/ 4,400 yen/ 4,600 yen for adults (3,900 yen/ 4,100 yen/ 4,300 yen for high school students and under and seniors). The lower limit is from 2,800 yen for adults and 2,500 yen for high school students and younger and seniors.

Regarding this price revision, Puroland informs that “by increasing the price range of passports, we will strive to further improve the value of the theme park by equalizing the difference in the number of visitors between busy and off-season periods.

The new prices for the Annual Passport have been in effect since April 1, 2010. The current prices (digital/card version) are 23,000 yen/25,000 yen for adults and 12,000 yen/14,000 yen for high school students and younger, valid for one year from the day of purchase.

Please check the official website for information on the dates when the Annual Passport is not valid for admission and reservations for visits.
