Saga Prefecture, up to 20% off travel assistance. More Saga Travel Campaign” at Jalan and Rakuten Travel.

Posted on June 28, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Saga Prefecture is running the “More Saga Travel Campaign,” a lodging discount campaign utilizing the government’s “Temporary Grant for Local Development to Support Priority Measures to Cope with Soaring Prices,” from May 7, 2012. The campaign covers stays from check-in on May 11 to check-out on July 31.

During the applicable period, those who book accommodations in Saga Prefecture through Jalan net and Rakuten Travel will receive up to 20% off per night. The maximum discount amount varies depending on the day of the week, with a maximum of 5,000 yen for Sunday through Thursday nights and 3,000 yen for Friday and Saturday nights, to make weekday travel more economical.

Accommodation reservations will be accepted from May 7 on Jalan net and from May 11 on Rakuten Travel. Each site will distribute a coupon (which can be used in combination with another category of coupon) that can be used at the time of reservation, and distribution will end when the maximum number of coupons is reached.
