PASMO Council and PASMO will suspend some PASMO/Suica services due to system switchover. The period is May 16 from 21:00 to the end of the train.
PASMO and Suica IC card tickets, credit-integrated cards, mobile PASMO, and Apple Pay PASMO are covered, and the affected areas include the PASMO area and Suica-enabled areas in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Sendai, Niigata, Aomori, Morioka, and Akita.
During the shutdown period, the following services, including PASMO sales and recharging, will not be available, but rail and bus rides and electronic money can be used as usual.
