On April 21, Haneda Airport temporarily suspended boarding announcements on affected flights due to a nationwide air traffic control system failure.
At Terminal 2, as of a little after 9:00 a.m., the security checkpoint was restricting entry to passengers who were scheduled to depart by 10:00 a.m., and baggage check-in had been suspended for passengers who were scheduled to depart by 12:00 p.m.
As a result, flights to and from all domestic airports, including ANA and JAL, are experiencing significant delays and cancellations. For details, please check the flight status information of each airline company.
On ANA’s domestic flights, even if the flight is not delayed or canceled, ANA will change the scheduled flight (transfer) and refund the ticket without charge.
