Daiwa House Realty Management will reopen Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Ekimae (1-23-20 Meieki Minami, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) on May 1.

Located about a 3-minute walk from Meitetsu Nagoya Station and Kintetsu Nagoya Station, and about a 5-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station and Nagoya Municipal Subway Station, the hotel has 185 guest rooms, mainly standard double rooms (132 rooms).

The facility has been in operation for 19 years since 2008, and was renovated to meet the changing needs of business and inbound visitors.

In addition to newly added “Corner Twin” (10 rooms), “Deluxe Corner Twin” (11 rooms), “Superior Twin” (21 rooms), and “Comfort Double” (10 rooms), the capacity of some rooms has been revised to accommodate multiple guests by increasing the capacity to two in all rooms.

In addition, wallpaper and carpets have been replaced in all rooms, beds, sofas, and other furniture have been replaced, and ReFa showerheads and hair dryers have been installed in the four new room types.
