Myakmyak “Photo Book Handover Party” 3-city tour completed! Hugging and high-fiving like idols, some participants came from Sapporo and Kumamoto.

On April 19, the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo Master Licensing Office held an event at Maruzen Nihonbashi Store (@@2-3-10 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) to celebrate the release of the “Myakmyak Photo Book” with a ticket to attend the hand-off event.

Myakmyak met with about 90 fans selected by lottery, one by one, at individual booths. Myakmyak stamped his signature on a piece of colored paper that he had written on in advance, and handed it to the fan along with a photo book.

As it was, he moved to the space next to the table with the participants and started a precious commemorative photo time. After the photo shoot, the participants high-fived and hugged each other, expressing their joy and gratitude with their whole bodies.

Participants in Tokyo Part 3 included some from Sapporo and Kumamoto. A fan from Sapporo, who had the opportunity to meet and greet Myakmyak for the first time, said, “It was warm to actually touch him, and his face was harder than I thought it would be. Myakmyak has given me color in my life, and I am so thankful to have been born,” he said with a contented expression.

A fan living in Kumamoto who attended the Expo less than 30 times said, “Myakmyak is cute in the illustration, but it looks so friendly and cute when it moves. I still have Expo loss. ……

Myakmyak’s 1st gravure photo book “I myaku you.” will be released on April 13, exactly one year after the opening of the Expo. The 224-page, full-color book comes with a special photo card (one of five types at random) and is priced at 3,960 yen.

In addition to the hand-off events held in Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo (which have ended), the book is also available at the official online store, Felissimo shopping site, and official stores affiliated with Maruzen Junkudo bookstore.

This book is packed with all the charm and cuteness of Myakmyak, and was shot on location in Okinawa for three days and two nights by photographer Tenten, who captured Myakmyak in idol-like poses in the great outdoors.

The title “I myaku you.” means “I want to make everyone’s pulse (heartbeat) throb with excitement,” and includes an exclusive 16-page booklet, “Behind the Curtain.” is also included.

About her impression of her first photogravure, Myakmyak said, “It was a lot of fun! I want to try many more things in the future! I want to try many more things in the future! I practiced so that all of my eyes would be open at the same time.
