JR West and Nankai Electric Railway will sell the digital ticket “Sakai Outing Free Pass” from April 24 to June 30. Priced at 1,500 yen for adults, it will be available on the KANSAI MaaS website.
This product includes a “QR Code Ticket” for unlimited one-day rides in the Osaka and Sakai City area of JR West and Nankai Electric Railway, and a “Sakai Omotenashi Ticket (expanded version)” for unlimited one-day rides in designated areas of Sakai City and all lines of the Hankai Railway by Nankai Bus.
The Sakai Omotenashi Ticket must be exchanged in advance at the tourist information center and other applicable facilities. Show the ticket at a restaurant or tourist facility to receive a discount or a free item.
The ride and use period is from April 25 to June 30, and is valid for one day only. You can enjoy a tour around the Sakai area, including the World Heritage Site “Mozu and Furuichi Tumulus Group,” at a reasonable price.
