NTT Urban Development Corporation and 10 other companies have decided on the name “HIBIBIYA CROSSPARK” for the Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome Urban Area Development Project (tentative name), a large-scale development project in the area adjacent to Hibiya Park in Tokyo’s Chiyoda Ward, and have also decided on the logo mark and urban area concept “HIBIBIYA CROSSPARK. The logo mark and the concept of the district, “Let’s be a place where the wind is born. The project is a new development project that will be completed in the next five years.
The project consists of three districts, the North District, the Central District, and the South District, and is one of the largest mixed-use developments in central Tokyo with a total floor area of approximately 1.1 million m2, including offices, commercial facilities, and a hotel. The construction of the towers in the South District is scheduled to be completed in 2028, and the NTT Hibiya Tower in the Central District in 2031.
The project aims to function as a “node” connecting the surrounding stations, major urban centers, and the adjacent Hibiya Park, and to become a town that continues to evolve, constantly creating new discoveries and values through the interaction of diverse people in a comfortable space integrated with Hibiya Park.
