T.T.O. launched a new embroidered bag with a “Moomin” design as a new product for Mother’s Day gift giving.
The lineup includes a large tote bag (6,490 yen) and a 2-way bag with shoulder strap (6,050 yen), available in limited quantities at the T2O online store and other locations.
The fabric is made of a light water-repellent nylon material that repels water well in light rain. A scene of Moominmamma, Mrs. Mimula, Filifiyonka and others spending a peaceful time is embroidered in the center of the bag as a “thank you” to their mother. The delicate pink and red artwork on the natural rice beige background is a perfect match.
The opening is decorated with a button engraved with a gnarled gnarl to prevent luggage from popping out. The handle has a soft handle rope that is both cute and tough.
The tote bag measures approximately 40-51 x 18 x 30.5 cm (W x D x H). While lightweight at approximately 130g, it has a capacity of approximately 15L for plenty of luggage, and can be folded compactly for carrying when not in use. It has one zipper pocket inside.
The 2-way bag measures approximately 24-35 x 12 x 22 cm (W x D x H). It features a rope-style shoulder strap that is long enough to comfortably hang diagonally over an outer layer, and can be removed to enjoy an elegant hand-held style. Lightweight at approximately 120g and with a capacity of approximately 4L, it is easy to use for short trips or daily use.
