Misaki Kanko, a member of the Keikyu Group, will open “Jogashima Osakana Ichiba” (500-28 Jogashima, Misaki-cho, Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture), a fresh fish direct sales shop, on April 18.
The former Jogashima Fisheries Cooperative Direct Sales Office, which ceased operations in 2022, was renewed on consignment from the Miwa Fishing Port Jogashima Branch Office. It sells fresh seafood landed that day at nearby fishing ports such as Jōgashima and Misaki, as well as processed marine products and souvenirs unique to the Miura Peninsula.
To celebrate the opening, the first 30 people to shop on April 18 and 19 will receive a bag of “Aburatsubo no Yu” bath salts on each day.
Open from 10:00 to 18:00, closed on Tuesdays (or the following day if Tuesday is a national holiday). To get there, take the Keihin Kyuko Bus from Misakiguchi Station on the Keikyu Line. 1 minute walk from the Jogashima Fishing Port Mae bus stop.
As a member store of the “Misaki Maguro Ticket (Miura/Misaki Omohide Ticket)” and “Miura Peninsula Marugoto Ticket (facility use or souvenir ticket)” sold by Keikyu Electric Railway, various tickets can also be exchanged for the tickets.
