Rakuten Travel Offers Up to 35% Points on International Hotels; Save on Travel Reservations for the Year for Two Weeks Only

Rakuten Travel is running the “Overseas Hotel Points + 15% Reduction Campaign” until 11:59 p.m. on May 15, 2012.

If you make a reservation and use an eligible overseas hotel after entering through the special website, you will receive points worth up to 35% of the total amount of the campaign award (15%) and the point-up plan (up to 20%).

The applicable stay period is from May 2 check-in to December 31 check-out, and the regions covered by the Point Up Plan include Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Palau, South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore. The maximum number of award points (limited period) awarded is 5,000 points per member.

Reservations made prior to entry are eligible during the period, but not for overseas Rakuhaku Pack (accommodations + airfare) or reservations for areas handled by Booking.com and Rakuten Travel Excahange (*).

*Areas and accommodations where “booking.com” or “reservations.travel.rakuten.net” is included in the URL at the time of reservation.
