It is located near the intersection of Prefectural Road No. 16 (Ogo Akagi Route) leading from Maebashi City to the end of the road on Mt. Akagi and Prefectural Road No. 70 (Omama Kamishirai Route). By car, it takes about 40 minutes from the Akagi IC of the Kan-Etsu Expressway, about 60 minutes from the Maebashi IC, and about 60 minutes from the Isesaki IC on the Kita-Kanto Expressway. Although it is at the top of Mt. Akagi, it is easily accessible from Maebashi city center by public road.

There is also a lounge with sofas where visitors can take off their shoes. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor terrace and in the plaza in front of the station.

Although the location was originally a terminal station, the name “station” is said to have been retained in the image of a departure station for hope, with the thought that “from here you can go wherever you want to go.

In addition, there is also a takeout “Almost Ekiben Pugi-ringo,” which features pork from Kondo Swine Pork, a pig farmer located at the southern foot of Akagi, marinated in a special ginger sauce, grilled, and topped with apples.

The restaurant will also offer “Akagi’s Soft Ice Cream” and “Akagi’s Blueberry Cheese Parfait” made with milk from Brown Swiss cows from “Matsushima Farm Three Brown” at the southern foot of Akagi Castle.
