Takarajimasya will release the July 2026 issue of “smart” on May 25. The price is 1,790 yen.
The special appendix is the “HG 1/144 Ξ (XXI) Gundam” messenger bag. The bag is a new product of the “HG” brand of Gundam plastic models, which are plastic models of the main character in “Mobile Suit Gundam: Senko no Hathaway Kilkee no Majo”, and is dynamically expressed in reflector print.
The design is also a safety measure, as it reflects light when hit by lights at night or in dark places, making the Ξ Gundam stand out even more.
It measures approximately 28.5 x 9 x 17.5 cm (W x D x H). Although compact, it can hold a 500mL PET bottle and other essentials for a day out, and has an inside pocket for a smartphone and other small items.
The July 2026 extra issue of “smart,” featuring a 16-page feature by M!LK, will also be released at the same time. It comes with glitter stickers and a photo card design pinup, and is priced at 1,390 yen.
