I tried the “Eva x Huis Ten Bosch” stamp rally at the NERV Sasebo Branch. Where are the participation kits sold and how to experience the event?

Huis Ten Bosch (1-1 Huis Ten Bosch-cho, Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture) will hold the “Interception Fortress City Huis Ten Bosch,” a collaborative event that allows visitors to experience the world of Evangelion throughout the park, from April 24.

The “NERV Sasebo Branch Operation Request Stamp Rally,” which takes place throughout the park, is a remarkable content that should be experienced in combination with the attractions to enjoy the original story of the collaboration project, which takes approximately one hour.

Receive a special mission from Misato and collect approval stamps at each point with your Operation Request Form and NERV Sasebo Branch Temporary Staff ID. You can see and hear the pilots enjoying their holidays and the background story of “Evangelion the Ride”.

Items required for participation include a rally kit (1,200 yen per set), a smartphone with camera functionality, and earphones to listen to the audio.

Only when pre-registering, you need to turn on your phone’s GPS (location), enter your phone number, and save the redemption number as a screenshot or SMS, so you also need to watch your charge level.

Participation kits are available at the “Vondel” store near the Sky Carousel at the back of Attraction Town. It is also included in the “Evangelion Set Plus” (5,000 yen), which includes priority access to the ride attractions (Express Pass) and limited edition acrylic blocks.

The rally kit contains two items: a stamp rally sheet “Operation Approval Form” and a “Temporary Staff ID” with neck strap. Once all the stamps are collected, the “Regular Staff ID Card” can be obtained at the NERV Sasebo Branch General Affairs Department counter at the final point.

The ID card will be printed with your name, affiliation, position, as well as a photo of your face taken with your smartphone camera at the start of the experience and a serial number, making it a special memory and a souvenir of your visit.

Note that at least the assignments seem to vary from guest to guest, allowing them to try multiple times and enjoy the differences with family and friends.
