Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. will open COTOE Hashimoto (5-4-3 Nishi-Hashimoto, Midori-ku, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture), a commercial complex, on May 29, 2012, about a 13-minute walk from Hashimoto Station on the JR Yokohama Line and Keio Sagamihara Line.

The name “COTOE” reflects the company’s desire to create a place where multiple generations, from parents to children and grandparents to grandchildren, can connect and interact with each other and be filled with smiles over a long period of time.
