Super Hotel Clean will open WELLSTAY Osaka Namba Apartment hotel-Coco chill (3-2-14 Motomachi, Naniwa-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), a completely unmanned, special-purpose residential accommodation specializing in long-term stays, on April 11. Naniwa-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, will open on April 11.
This is the sixth location of WELLSTAY, an accommodation brand designed for group stays. The concept is “Cocochill,” a coined word combining the words “heart” and “chill out,” and provides a space where you can relax as if you were at home.
The 32 guestrooms are all Japan-style, combining Japanese serenity with Scandinavian simplicity, and are available in four different room types for four to seven guests, all with private verandas, kitchens, washing machines with dryers, refrigerators, and microwave ovens. In addition, the TVs are tuner-less types compatible with various video streaming services. The two rooms on the top eight floors have their own private terrace.
On the first floor of the building is the “Cocochill Lounge,” a shared space with sofas and tables, as well as a free water server and vending machines for soft drinks. Also on the first floor are coin-operated lockers for storing luggage before and after your stay, as well as communication devices that allow staff to respond remotely.
