Hotel Management International will open the Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel (1-3-1 Higashiiba, Chuo-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture) on May 1.
The existing Grand Hotel Hamamatsu will be rebranded as the first Marriott Hotel in Hamamatsu City. The design concept is “weaving aesthetics” inspired by Hamamatsu’s proud textile industry and music culture.
A total of 236 guest rooms, including suites, are available. The rooms are decorated with high-quality materials and textile motifs to create a relaxing atmosphere. There will be four restaurants: “Rochester” all-day dining, “Great Room” lounge and patisserie, “Inamba” kappo restaurant, which also serves shabu-shabu and teppanyaki, and “Kaitokan” ryotei restaurant.
The hotel also has an executive lounge, “M Club,” banquet rooms, conference rooms, and a fitness center.
Located in the center of the city, 5 minutes from Hamamatsu Station by car, the hotel is recommended as a base for business and sightseeing.
