Fuji Motosuko Resort (212 Motosu, Fujikawaguchiko-machi, Minamitsuru-gun, Yamanashi Prefecture) will hold the “2026 Fuji Shibazakura Festival” from April 11 to May 24.

This is the largest of its kind in the Kanto area, with approximately 500,000 plants in bloom, and offers a spectacular view of beautiful Mt. This year, “Sparkling Flower Drop Mirror” will be newly added to popular photo spots such as “Door to Happiness” and “Mt.

Fuji, cherry blossom churros in the shape of the character for “cherry blossom,” and “deep-fried bread soft serve” in the image of moss pinks are also available. Visitors can enjoy take-out gourmet foods while strolling along the pink carpet at the foot of Mt.

Admission fees vary depending on the season, ranging from 1,000-1300 yen for adults (junior high school students and older) and 500-700 yen for children (3 years and older), except during busy periods such as GW when dogs are allowed on leashes.

On the same day, the English-style garden “Peter Rabbit English Garden” will also open for a limited time at the resort.

In addition, a flower festival will be held at “Lisa and Gaspard Town” in Fujikyu Highland, about 40 minutes by car from the venue.

The adjacent hotel, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa, will also hold a collaborative project, offering flower-inspired flower room accommodation plans and dinner courses, and at the hotel’s spa, Fujiyama Onsen, visitors can enjoy a flower bath and an Aufguss experience using cherry blossom aroma.
