Disney “Food & Wine Fest” Eating Report. Authentic Caprese is the way to go, and I bought a gourmet ticket.

Posted on April 12, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Tokyo DisneySea will hold its annual Food & Wine Festival, a culinary journey, from April 15 to June 30. Eating and drinking menus are available from April 8. Let us introduce you to some of the menu items as soon as they are available.

The main restaurant, New York Deli, will be decorated for the first time with decorations from the Disney & Pixar film “Remy’s Delicious Restaurant.

The “Special Set” (1,530 yen, individual entree 990 yen) includes a special Ratatouille sandwich (ham & honey mustard, egg salad), French fries and your choice of soft drink, and is recommended as a solid lunch or a quick dinner. The wrapper of the sandwich has a pop design that expresses Remy’s world view.

The “Duck Confit, Assche Parmentier” (700 yen), a perfect snack, is a Bolognese with potatoes, cheese, and several large ducks. It is served hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.

For dessert, we also tried the “Cheesecake with Mixed Berry Sauce” (750 yen), which was served with a chocolate Remy wearing a cocked hat. The sweet and sour sauce was a perfect match for the rich cake.

We also had the “Nut and Dried Fruit Cream Sandwich” (650 yen, Dockside Diner) made with Yamazaki Bread’s Royal Bread.

Caprese” (600 yen, Cafe Portofino) has been the talk of the town since before it went on sale, with the menu item being touted as “a healthy meal in the park. ……! The menu is scheduled to go on sale on April 10, and this time the media was given an advance sample of the dish.

It may look simple, but it tastes quite authentic and should be enjoyed with wine and other dishes.

The mini-tomatoes and olives are just as they should be, so crush some basil to make it aromatic, and be sure to pour the olive oil, which is optional, over the whole thing. It is better to get a fork or spoon, as it was quite difficult to eat with the pick that came with the dish.

In addition, a “Seasonal Gourmet Ticket Set” (3,400 yen), which offers food and drink at a discount, will be available at select stores. The set includes three tickets redeemable for one eligible menu item and a Souvenir spoon and fork (integrated and with its own case).

At participating restaurants, there are priority serving lanes for ticket holders, so those who want to enjoy eating out more efficiently should definitely take advantage of this.

The case of the spoon has a nascan (metal hook), which can be attached to a backpack zipper or phone strap for carrying.
