Also on sale today at Seven! Kinokuniya’s wallet shoulder and eco-bag supplement to the May issue of “MonoMax

Posted on April 12, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Takarajimasya will release the May 2026 extra issue of “MonoMax” today, April 9. The price is 1,590 yen. In addition to bookstores and e-commerce stores, it will also be available at Seven-Eleven and Seven Net Shopping.

The supplement to the extra issue is a wallet shoulder bag and eco bag in collaboration with Kinokuniya. The two gorgeous sets can be used individually or docked together.

The shoulder bag measures approximately 11 x 3.5 x 18 cm (W x D x H). It has a wallet function, so you can go out with just this one bag for bills, coins, and cards. It also has a cell phone compartment pocket, so it is just right for a little shopping or leisure time.

The eco bag is based on the popular Kinokuniya shopper and measures approximately 20.5 x 12.5 x 32 cm (W x D x H). Equipped with an elastic band and hook, the bag can be rolled up and hung on the bag when not in use.

In addition, the May 2026 issue of “MonoMax,” released at the same time, includes a water-resistant, all-purpose tote bag from Kinokuniya. The price is 1480 yen.
