NEXCO East Japan Hokkaido Branch, Niigata Branch, and Tokiair put on sale the “Michi Toku Furipass x Tokiair Set Plan” and “Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass x Tokiair Set Plan,” which are available only for ETC vehicles, for use after April 1.
The number of days of use can be selected up to 8 days. The sales period is until March 31, 2027. The period of use is until April 7, 2027 (last day of use is March 31, 2027; not available during busy traffic periods such as GW, Obon, year-end and New Year holidays, and three consecutive holidays).
This plan is available only for passengers of Toki Air flights arriving at Sapporo Okadama Airport, and allows unlimited rides on all expressways in Hokkaido at a fixed fare. The regular “HOKKAIDO LOVE! Dotoku Furipass (A-period)” plan costs 10,700 yen (standard car) for 4 days, but 7,700 yen (standard car) is available for 4 days.
DoraWari “Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass x Toki Air Set Plan
Standard car: 6200 yen for 3 days
Light cars, etc.: 4,900 yen for 3 days
This plan is available only to passengers on TokyAir flights arriving at Niigata Airport, and allows free rides on expressways throughout Niigata Prefecture, the Kita-Shinano area in Nagano Prefecture, and the Aizu area in Fukushima Prefecture at a fixed rate.
From FY2026, the Oyashirazu IC to Asahi IC on the Hokuriku Expressway will be added to the applicable area, allowing access to Unazuki Onsen, Kurobe Gorge, etc. via the Asahi IC. The regular “Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass (Niigata, Kita-Shinano, Aizu Round Trip Plan)” costs 7,600 yen (standard car) for 3 days, but can be used for 6,200 yen (standard car) for 3 days.
The number of days of use is 3 days only. The sales and use period is year-round (the last day of use is March 31, 2027; not available during busy traffic periods such as GW, Obon, year-end and New Year holidays, and three-day weekends).
Both plans require an application for use through the URL provided in the TokyAir ticket reservation/purchase completion e-mail. Only the plan for use commencing on the day of boarding or the following day will be available.
This product is available only for ETC vehicles, but cannot be used with a rental ETC card, so you must bring your own ETC card.
