The three NEXCO companies, Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation, Kyoto Prefectural Road Public Corporation, and Hyogo Prefectural Road Public Corporation will continue to sell a total of 22 “Touring Plan” courses for motorcycles equipped with ETC in FY2026. The period of use is from April 1 to November 30 (until October 31 in Hokkaido).
This is a special discount product that allows unlimited travel on the expressways in the target area for two or three days. Depending on the date, time and section of use, you can save about half the regular fare.
In addition to the continuation of last year’s plan, this year the areas covered by the “Kan-etsu and Tohoku Expressway Course,” “Metropolitan Area Tomei and Chuo Expressway Course Wide,” and “Kumamoto, Oita and Fukuoka Course” were expanded so that more touring spots can be enjoyed.
Advance application is required through the websites of NEXCO companies, but applications can be made even just prior to the day of the event, taking into account the weather and other factors. Cancellations prior to use are also accepted free of charge.
