Posted on April 5, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Tokyu Land Corporation and Tokyu Resorts & Stay will hold the “Atsumare Animal Forest x Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina: Let’s Explore Nature this Vertical Shaped Forest” event from April 18 to July 20. The venue is Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina (4026-2 Shikayama, Kitayama, Chino City, Nagano Prefecture). In addition to hotel guests, day-trippers can also participate.

Visitors can enjoy nature experiences and activities while freely touring around the area using a special mission book. Examples of major experiences include “fishing for salmon,” including mountain stream fishing and fishing ponds, “Wish Upon a Star,” in which visitors observe constellations and take quizzes, guided tours of the starry sky, fire-making and roasting marshmallows, and DIY experiences using wood. There are more than 10 types in all, some of which can be participated in for an additional fee.

To participate, visitors need to purchase a “Mission Book” (800 yen), which is sold at each location within the facility, or make a reservation for the “Accommodation Plan with Mission Book”. Tateshina’s natural environment of highlands, forests, water, and starry skies will provide an enjoyable mission challenge for both children and adults.

During the event, original goods limited to the collaboration event, such as lunch totes (2,000 yen) and wooden key chains (2,000 yen), will also be available. They will be available at stores and other outlets in the facility, and will close while supplies last.
