Francfranc will release a new model of handy fan with a Peltier cooling plate, the FLE Ice Plate Handy Fan, on April 10. It is available in a total of six colors and priced at 2980 yen/3480 yen. It will be available at stores nationwide and online.
The cooling plate can be applied directly to the skin for efficient cool-down, and even on hot and humid days, it features a cooling sensation and powerful airflow to cool you down at the same time. The compact size (54 x 47 x 169 mm) makes it easy to carry around, and it can be worn around the neck with the included strap, attached to a bag with the carabiner mounted on the stick portion, or placed on a desk, bathroom, kitchen, etc. by folding the carabiner portion.
The airflow can be switched between low, medium, and high (cooling mode is low only), and the operating time is approximately 7.5 hours in low mode, 5 hours in medium mode, 3 hours in high mode, and 1.5 hours in cooling mode. Charging takes about 4 hours with the included USB cable (Type-C). The remaining charge level can be checked with the lamp.
The design lineup consists of six colors: white and mint, which are simple and easy to match with any fashion; pink and yellow, which are sheer milky colors with a cool marble pattern; and white and purple, which have a sparkling aurora borealis design. They can be used for all kinds of occasions, including outings on extremely hot days, festivals, sports games, and summer festivals.
