Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza PREMIER renews all guest rooms. New group rooms are the largest in the brand.

Posted on April 5, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Daiwa House Realty Management will reopen Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza PREMIER (1-13-15 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) on March 9.

The entire building and all rooms have been renovated since February. Based on the concept of “crossover” between Japanese and Western styles, the interior has been redesigned to incorporate Japanese design and functionality.

The guest rooms will continue to be basically separate bathrooms and toilets (except for some rooms), and Simmons beds will be installed. A new baggage port will be installed in the lobby for guests’ own use.

In addition, with long-term stays in mind, the “Junior Suites” will be equipped with a microwave oven and washer/dryer, and the “Force Rooms” will accommodate one to three guests and one to five guests, respectively. Both rooms feature a spacious design with a double-bowl washbasin, and the “Force Room” is the largest of all Daiwa Roynet Hotels at approximately 72 m2.
