Jetstar Japan will hold its “Strongest Opening Day Sale” with one-way fares starting at 777 yen for all domestic routes and 7777 yen for all Asian routes. The period is from 12:00 p.m. on March 5 to 16:59 p.m. on March 9.
The sale covers 18 domestic routes and 7 Asian routes from April 1 to June 30, and will end when all flights are sold out.
March 5 is said to be one of the strongest days for good luck, as it is the day of the tiger, which is auspicious for starting on a journey and is also considered a day of good luck for money, as well as the day of the ten-thousand-fold multiplication of one grain, the day of Tenko, and the day of the great peace. In honor of these auspicious days, the airline is holding a sale featuring the auspicious number “7” in a row. The discount rate for all domestic routes exceeds 80% compared to the lowest regular fare, and for Asian routes, the discount rate for the Narita-Kaohsiung route is up to 22.3%.
