On March 10, Sakura Real Estate decided to start construction of the new HBC Building (6330-3 Oaza Kitashiro, Hakuba-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture) in a redevelopment project in front of JR Hakuba Station, and disclosed its major tenants.

The four-story building will feature a 7-Eleven store and a Burton snowboard company on the first floor. A hotel operated by Sakura Real Estate and a café attached to the first floor store are also planned.

Construction is expected to be completed in the winter of 2026, and details and opening dates for the hotel and café will be released as they become available.
