In conjunction with the Arashi concert to be held on April 25-26, JR Kyushu will hold the “Hakata Station Limited-Express Train Night Stay Event” in which passengers will spend late-night hours inside an express-type train that stops at Hakata Station. This is a special event that allows visitors to experience a different space and atmosphere than usual.

The event will be held from 11:30 p.m. on April 25 to 6:30 a.m. on the following day, April 26, and will take place inside a “787 Series 6-car train” currently parked at Hakata Station. Participants must be elementary school students or older, and those under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

The participation fee is 7,800 yen per person for the standard seat use plan (two seats for one person). For participants who apply for female-only seats, all DX Green seats, Green seats, and part of the standard seats will be offered as women-only seats. In addition, box seats will also be available.

On the day of the event, participants will meet at 11:20 p.m., and refreshments will be distributed at the registration desk. Thereafter, participants will spend approximately 7 hours in the car in the middle of the night. No bedding will be provided, and the lights in the car will not be turned off. For safety management reasons, no one will be allowed to leave the car between 10:00 am and 6:00 am. The car will be available for drop-off at 6:00 a.m. the following morning and will be disbanded at 6:30 a.m.

Tickets will go on sale at 9:30 a.m. on March 18 and will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on April 19. Applications will be accepted through the JR Kyushu original tour reservation website via Internet reservations with credit card payment only. Please note that the event may be unavoidably cancelled if the number of applicants is less than 50 or due to various reasons such as train operation or bad weather.
