Traffic restrictions around Sapporo Dome, no stopping to get in and out from 13th to 15th. Due to Arashi’s last live concert.

Posted on March 11, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Toyohira Police Station in the Sapporo area will enforce temporary traffic regulations around the Daiwa House Premist Dome (Sapporo Dome) in conjunction with the Arashi concert to be held from March 13 to 15. Parking will be prohibited in areas where parking is normally prohibited.

The restricted areas are National Road No. 36 (from the signal intersection with Fukuzumi Chuo Dori to the signal intersection with Tsukisamu Higashi 1-18), Road Nishino Makomanai Kiyota Line, City Road Higashi Tsukisamu No. 5 (from the signal intersection with Tsukisamu Higashi 1-16 to the signal intersection with Hitsujigaoka Dori) and City Road Fukuzumi Chuo Line (from the signal intersection with National Road No. 36 to the signal intersection with Hitsujigaoka Dori).

The three-day no-parking restriction will also make it impossible to stop for short periods of time, such as to get in and out of the car for pick-up or drop-off.
