Rakuten Travel is holding “Rakuten Travel Super SALE” until March 20, 2012, offering great deals on travel reservations for spring, GW, and summer holidays.

The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay (13-1 Chidori, Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture), a hot new hotel that opened on February 13, is offering a 25% discount on overnight stay plans plus 4 times points. Guests can choose from either a concept room or a standard floor, and plans that include breakfast are also on sale.

There are two types of concept rooms on the second floor: “Arabian” rooms with a fantastically exotic atmosphere and “Safari” rooms with an adventurous spirit that makes you feel as if you are glamping in the great outdoors.

On the other hand, there are four types of rooms on the standard floors from the 3rd to 13th floors: “Greek Blue” with a Mediterranean Sea motif, “Asian Emerald” with a South China Sea motif, “Indian Jasmine” with an Indian Ocean motif, and “Mexican Sunflower” with a Gulf of Mexico motif, Prices start from 10,125 yen for a one-night stay with no meal and from 12,600 yen with breakfast.

All guest rooms are equipped with a microwave oven and a large table, and there are plenty of rooms for families and groups of friends for a relaxing stay. The plan with breakfast includes a multinational buffet under the theme of “a restaurant that travels the world’s cuisines. The hotel is within walking distance of the Tokyo Disney Resort, and a dedicated shuttle bus runs between Maihama Station and the hotel and between the park and the hotel.

Starting in April, Tokyo Disneyland will host the limited-time event “Vanellope’s Sweet Pop World” and Tokyo DisneySea will host the 25th anniversary event “Sparkling Jubilee,” both of which will draw attention to new shows and merchandise.
