Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Atami (8-3 Sakimi-cho, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture), a seven-minute walk from Atami Station, is offering a basic buffet plan with two meals per night, priced from 20,200 yen per person for a superior Japanese-style room with a view of the ocean and from 19,000 yen for a standard Japanese-style room without a view.
The lobby and guest rooms with ocean views are popular, and the inn offers a large hot spring bath, open-air bath, and half-open-air bath in a modern Japanese style. Accessible from Tokyo in about 50 minutes, the hotel is also recommended as a base for sightseeing in Atami.
The buffet dinner lineup includes Izu seafood delicacies such as homemade fried horse mackerel and seared sushi with sea bream, as well as freshly grilled roast beef served in a live kitchen, a limited spring menu, and a variety of desserts.
Drinks, including chilled beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages, can be enjoyed freely not only at dinner, but also in the premium lounge at the back of the lobby and in the yuagari lounge in the public bathhouse.
