JR Kyushu and the Kitakyushu Port and Airport Bureau have announced the timetable for the Airport Bus (operated by Nishitetsu Bus Kitakyushu) between Kutami Station and Kitakyushu Airport after the March 14 revision.
The revision on the same day has already announced a 1.6-fold increase in the number of express trains stopping at Kutami Station. In addition to this, the “Kutami Station Express Route” to Kitakyushu Airport will be enhanced by shortening the connection time between railroads and buses, and between buses and airplanes, respectively.
For example, when connecting from Star Flyer flight SFJ81 (Haneda-Kitakyushu) to Kokura, after the revision, transfer time at Kitakyushu Airport will be reduced by 15 minutes and transfer time at Kutami Station will be reduced by 5 minutes. Including the train time, passengers will be able to arrive at Kokura Station 26 minutes earlier than the current schedule.
As of March 29, there will be 12 up/down limited express trains from Kitakyushu Airport to Kutami Station, and 13 up/down limited express trains from Kutami Station to Kitakyushu Airport. In particular, when passengers travel from Kokura to Kitakyushu Airport, the connection time at Kutami Station is within 10 minutes for all flights.

During the period, anyone who uses the Kitakyushu Airport Express Ticket, which includes JR and bus tickets, via the application will receive 200 JR QUPO points, and 20 people will be selected by lottery to receive an additional 2,000 points. Entry through the website is required to participate.
