Marriott International announced on February 24 that it will launch the “Series by Marriott” collection brand in Japan. First, the company and asset management company Blackstone will open the Sugata Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi Series by Marriott (2-6-25 Minami-Senba, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) in April.
Sugata Hotel has rebranded the existing Bespoke Hotel Shinsaibashi. Located approximately 300 meters from Shinsaibashi Station, the hotel has a total of 256 rooms (double, twin, and triple). The hotel is within walking distance of Shinsaibashisuji Shopping Street, Amerika-mura, and Dotonbori, and has easy access to Itami Airport and Kansai International Airport.
The Series by Marriott brand is designed to provide a simple and familiar lodging experience for travelers through its local structure and charm, while offering the basic elements essential to a stay at a high quality level.
The facility will include an all-day dining restaurant that will offer an international menu in addition to dishes inspired by local ingredients and regional food culture, as well as a bar with a casual atmosphere for local residents.
