TV Asahi held a completion ceremony for the March 27 opening of its entertainment complex “TOKYO DREAM PARK” (3-3-8 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo).

Located about a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Big Sight Station on the Yurikamome Line and about a 9-minute walk from Kokusai Tenjijo Station on the Rinkai Line, the site area is approximately 12,900 m2 and the total floor area is approximately 46,500 m2.

The facility is a 9-story complex from the first basement floor to the ninth floor, with a multipurpose concert hall, SGC Hall Ariake (3,700 seated and 5,000 standing) on the first floor, a theater, EX Theater Ariake (1,500 seats) on the third floor, a restaurant with approximately 200 seats on the sixth floor, and event space on the seventh and eighth floors. The building will have a total capacity of approximately 1,500 people.
