Oedo Onsen Monogatari Group has added a new target facility to its “Oedo Three-Star Buffet,” which has been held exclusively at four facilities, and will begin in April at three facilities in Toyama, Tottori, and Hyogo.

The Oedo 3-Star Buffet is a buffet that offers a more powerful menu than usual with quality ingredients such as seafood directly from the market, brand beef, and local cuisine that focuses on local production for local consumption. The most luxurious buffet in the history of the Oedo Onsen Monogatari Group has been popular since its launch in 2025 at four facilities: Awazu Grand Hotel (Ishikawa Prefecture), Premium Shirahama Saichoraku (Wakayama Prefecture), Hotel Ranpu (Nagasaki Prefecture), and Premium Kinugawa Kanko Hotel (Tochigi Prefecture).
In addition to the regular buffet menu and seasonal fair menus, the restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring yakisuki (grilled beef) with black Wagyu beef loin, nigirizushi (hand-rolled sushi) with large pieces of wild tuna such as red and medium fatty tuna, snapper, and salmon, boiled red snow crab legs, broiled eel, steamed seafood including scallops and abalone, seasonal fruit and more than 10 kinds of cake. The menu also includes all-you-can-eat seasonal fruits and more than 10 kinds of cakes.
Each facility is accepting reservations for the “Oedo 3-Star Buffet Plan with 2 Meals per Night”.
