‘What did I see at the Expo?’ Digital ticket site service ends this weekend. Let’s check your reservation history and receipts.

Posted on February 14, 2026 by Editor in Chief

The Japan Association for the International Exposition, 2025, will terminate services for two websites related to admission tickets on November 30, following the closing of the Osaka-Kansai Expo.

The two target sites are the Expo ID site and the EXPO 2025 Digital Ticket site, which accepted ticket purchases, reservations for visiting dates and times, and lottery applications for pavilions and event facilities. The sites will be closed at the same time the service is terminated, so all functions will be unavailable after December 1.

If you want to save your ticket receipts or pavilion/event reservation history, check them before you forget. The links in the official website have been removed, but you can still access each site from “Expo ID Management” and “My Tickets” in the menu of the official “Expo 2025 Visitors” application.
