JR Tokai Food Service will sell “5 Million Piyo, Arigatou Piyorin” from November 28 to 30. The price is 500 yen.
This product commemorates the expected 5 millionth piyo in cumulative sales of the Nagoya sweet “Piyorin”. The rich pudding made with Nagoya chicken eggs and the sweet jelly of Aichi Prefecture’s sake made with “Gohyakumangoku” sake rice are wrapped in Piyorin bavarois to create a refined taste. It is also accompanied by a specially designed chocolate plate to commemorate the 5 million Piyo achievement.
Sales will take place at Piyorin Shop (Nagoya Ekinaka) and Piyorin Shop Atelier Store (5-3212-10 Matsushinmachi, Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture). The Piyorin Shop will be open from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm on each day. Piyorin shop atelier store is open from 1:00 p.m. on each day. Only at Piyorin Shop, there is a limit of 2 pieces per person.
In addition, “5 Million Piyo, Arigatou Piyorin Can Badge” will be distributed as a special offer to those who purchase during the applicable period. The design is the same as the chocolate plate.
