On November 27, JAL launched the “New JAL Digital Experience” project, a phased renewal of its four main digital touchpoints, namely its apps and website.
Starting with the “JAL Mileage Bank Application (JMB Application)” as the first chapter, the “JAL Application,” “JAL Official Reservation Site,” and “JAL Corporate Site” are scheduled to be renewed sequentially from April 2026.
In addition, a campaign to win miles and other prizes will be held to commemorate the second anniversary and renewal of the JMB application.
