Refer a JMB member who has not yet subscribed to JAL Mobile and receive 500 miles.

Posted on February 13, 2026 by Editor in Chief

JAL Mobile will conduct a “Family & Friends Referral Campaign” from December 16 to February 2, 2026.

During the period, 500 miles will be awarded to both the introducer and the referred party (new subscriber) if the introducer enters the JMB number and name of the referred party when signing up for a new line. If the conditions are met, an additional 500 miles will be awarded to the referred party as new contract miles.

The referrer does not have to be a JAL Mobile subscriber as long as they are a JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) member, and there is no upper limit to the number of referrals. Even if the introducer is already a JAL Mobile subscriber, if he/she applies for a new line, he/she will be eligible for the campaign (however, only one line per JMB number).

The company has set a deadline of February 28 for opening the line, and even if there is a new contract, if the line is not opened by this date, it will not be eligible for mileage credit, so the company encourages customers to sign up well in advance.
