Coleman will release the Tough Speed Dome, a new 2-room tent in its classic Tough Series, in February 2026. It will be priced at 86,900 yen.
The latest model in the “Tough Series” combines spacious living space and durability. It features an “A-frame” self-supporting center pole, which allows for smooth setup from the first time it is set up in a self-supporting position. The structure is easy to handle even for users who are not familiar with setting up large tents.
In addition to fabrics with a water pressure resistance of approximately 2,000 mm, the series features a roof fly and full skirt as standard equipment, further enhancing the series’ characteristic strength against wind and rain. The roof fly increases water pressure resistance by double-layering the ceiling fabric, while reducing condensation and shading the room temperature in summer. The full skirt prevents the entry of insects and cold air, and is designed to provide comfort in all seasons.
The living space features the “High View System,” which buckles the rolled-up canopy to increase visibility and improve the sense of openness. The inner tent is also suspended and can be removed to be used as a large shelter.
The ventilation system is also well designed, with under ventilation in the front canopy and inner tent, as well as ventilation in the upper part of the tent. In addition to promoting efficient air circulation, the tent is also equipped with mesh hangers to which the Reversible Fan Ventilation (sold separately) can be attached.
