Tokyo DisneySea will hold the popular “Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival” from April 15 to June 30, 2012.
For the third year, decorations, special menus, and special goods based on the Disney & Pixar movie “Remy’s Delicious Restaurant” have been added. At the “New York Deli,” visitors can enjoy a sandwich made with ratatouille, a dish that appears in the movie.
Eight ports, including the new “Fantasy Springs” themed port, will offer a variety of dishes, sweets, and one-hand menus that are tailored to the character and story of each country. In addition, there will be a full lineup of alcoholic beverages, including about 15 kinds of wines. The special menu will be available from April 8.
Special merchandise and photo locations will accompany the event. Music, pantomime, and other atmospheres, such as “The Groovy Jamin Chefs,” in which chefs play music related to food, are also highlights of the event.
The theme color for Tokyo DisneySea’s 25th anniversary, “Jubilee Blue,” will be used as an accent for the decorations. Visitors can enjoy touring the park with food in hand amidst the festive mood.
In addition, just as last year, a program will be held to allow visitors to delve deeper into the world of food through knowledge of tea, spices, and more. The Disney Hotels will also collaborate to offer limited-edition menus at Oceano and Fantasy Springs Restaurant.
